Maria Rita developed a wide experience in providing legal assistance to both individuals and commercial companies in the field of judicial and extrajudicial matters, with a particular focus in the area of civil and commercial law.

Moreover, she has provided legal advice on contractual and non-contractual liability, family law and credit protection.

She has also gained relevant experience in criminal law litigation. In this area, she has handled disputes concerning property crimes, occupational safety, medical malpractice, domestic and gender violence.

She currently provides legal assistance in judicial and extrajudicial disputes regarding the liability of financial intermediaries. In detail, she provides legal advice to leading Italian Banks in the litigation relating to placement of financial products and instruments.

She earned her master’s degree in Law from the University of Bari in 2017. She is currently a member of the Bari Bar Association. She collaborates with Journals of Criminal and Administrative Law, and publishes a number of articles on jurisprudential issues. She has developed and increased her legal background and expertise attending a number of lectures and courses in Civil, Criminal and Administrative Law from 2018 to 2023.

She speaks Italian and English fluently.
