Admitted to the Italian bar in 2020, and currently registered at the Milan Bar Association. Ruggero has developed expertise in contracts drafting, banking and financial law, as well as in civil litigation.

He has succesfully assisted multinational companies, banks and SPV companies for the securitisation of receivables, in both judicial and extra judicial matters. Ruggero has also published articles and essays with regard to banking and civil law, on peer-reviewed legal journals.

He is currently assisting financial intermediaries, in civil proceedings concerning the liability deriving from the misseling of financial instruments.

Ruggero earned his Master’s Degree in Law in 2016 at the University of Milano Bicocca.
