Partner of Foedus Law Firm since 2022, Marco has gained a significant experience in the field of litigation and arbitration, advising financial institutions, banks and primary companies on several financial matters (such as the sale and purchase of financial instruments and the duties of intermediaries towards retail customers and professional investors).

Marco was also involved in corporate liability actions, as well as contractual and non-contractual liability disputes. He also provided assistance for the extra-judicial settlement of high profile disputes between banks and investors, as well as in the cours of sanction proceedings brought by Supervisory Authorities (Bank of Italy and Consob).

Marco was admitted to Milan Bar since 2012, and before joining Foedus he has been working in primary Italian law firms. He speaks Italian and English.
