Specialized in corporate and commercial law, he has gained significant experience as a consultant for commercial companies and investment funds, in ordinary and contractual corporate matters, as well as in extraordinary transactions (M&A and Corporate Venture Capital) and in litigation relating to corporate and commercial law .

In the years 2018-2019 he carried out a research project at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heildelberg (Germany) on the topic: “The Restructuring of Sovereign Debt”.

He is the author of numerous articles in the field of economic law, published in national and international journals, and he is a member of the editorial board of the journals “Commercial Law” and “International Trade Law”.

He has been admitted to Bar Association since 2009.

He speaks Italian, English and German.
