Lawyer since 2024, she provides legal assistance and represents clients, both in litigation and out of court matters relating to civil and commercial law, with particular expertise in corporate, banking and financial litigation, as well as in arbitration proceedings.

She assists companies with litigation and advisory work relating to company law, obligations and contracts, contractual and non-contractual liability, and liability claims, providing support in the management of corporate disputes and relations between shareholders and corporate bodies.

She also assists leading banks and financial intermediaries in judicial and extrajudicial litigation concerning the liability of financial intermediaries in the placement of financial products and instruments, having gained significant experience in banking regulation and investment services, with particular reference to MiFID II regulatory framework.

She obtained a Master’s degree in Law in 2021 from the University of Calabria and has been a member of the Bar since 2024. She has also obtained a Certificate in European & International Law from the EDU Business Institute in Luxembourg.

She speaks Italian, English and French.
