Counsel of Foedus Law Firm since 2023, Emanuele has gained experience in the field of litigation and arbitration, giving assistance mainly to companies and private clients in domestic arbitrations as well as in several litigation scenarios.

He developed relevant experience in disputes concerning investment and intermediary services and contracts before Italian Tribunals and Court of Appeal, as well as in extrajudicial disputes, assisting banks and financial intermediaries.

He has also provided assistance to a number of companies in corporate law matters, acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets, as well as in debt collection activities.

He graduated in Law at University of Florence in 2013 and currently registered with the Florence Bar association. In 2016 he gained a LL.M master’s degree in Food Law at Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome with final dissertation in Liability legislation for defective food products He speaks Italian and English.
