Since the beginning of his career, Luca has dedicated himself exclusively to Intellectual Property, both in and out of court, and Information Technology.

He also gained vast experience in intellectual property litigation. He has regularly taken part in Italian proceedings involving parallel actions in other jurisdictions related to, in particular chemical-pharmaceutical, bio-technological, electronic and mechanical patents, as well as trade secrets, trademarks and distinctive signs, designs, unfair competition and copyright, in the most diverse industrial and commercial sectors.

Luca also regularly assists his clients in contracts with an IP dimension, for example licences, research and development agreements, intellectual property right co-ownership agreements, distinctive sign co-existence agreements, technology transfer, distribution, production and supply agreements.

With reference to Information Technology, Luca regularly provides advice to clients in various fields in particular in relation to personal data processing matters. He is a founding partner of GR Legal.
