Francesco provides legal consultancy (both judicial and extrajudicial), mainly assisting banks and Italian companies or Italian branches of multinational companies.

He deals, in particular, with disputes relating to financial and investment services and sanctioning proceedings before Consob. He also assists a number of companies in litigation proceedings  having as object liability of directors, auditing companies and bodies. He has gained experience in assisting clients in the field of crisis and insolvency law and forced expropriation procedures.

Francesco has also assisted clients in the sector of related party transactions, corporate governance and corporate disclosure, as well as in legal auditing, and provided advice in complex M&A and corporate reorganization transactions. He also gained expertise in the field of privacy law (in particular the GDPR).

Before joining Foedus Law Firm, Francesco has been working in a primary Italian firm. He is a lawyer since 2020.

He speaks Italian and English.
